Never ever ask anyone their opinion about anything regarding your business, and that includes your website.
Most people have no expertise and no experience, and they still give you an opinion, and, if you make the unfortunate mistake of listening to them, it is a one way ticket to killing your business.
If hundreds of people come to your site and no one calls or sets up an appointment and just leave as soon as they get there, what is that telling you?
If you look at your Google Analytics (make sure your webmaster gives you access to these analytics each month) you’re gonna find that your Average Engagement Time Per Session, how much time they spend on your website once they get there, is very poor.
You will also have a very high Bounce Rate. Meaning, people come to your website and bounce right off it and leave, without ever clicking on any links or pages. They’re simply not engaged. This means that they get to your site, they can’t find anything they can relate to, and leave as soon as they get there.
Instead of blaming the site; which is the problem, some of you’re going to blame the forms or quizzes that live on your website, and that includes the Functional Health Management Score or some other thing you have on your site.
It’s never those things. Your site is the problem and you need to figure out what it is and fix your site.
