Finally, after years and years of people trying to convince you that the key to practice success is how many new patients you can get in the door, they have all of a sudden woken up to the fact that the real key to practice growth is retention. Of course, now they will also try to convince you they hold the secrets of a high retention practice by refurbishing,
the same strategies that never worked in the past by relabeling, what they call it. Good luck with that, just realize that what works for them will only work for you if you are in the same socio-economic environment as them have the same personality as them, and are as good a salesperson as them. That’s a lot of Ifs.
